Messaging a buyer
When I try to message a buyer the message widow comes up but I can't actually type my message! Remedy?

When I try to message a buyer the message widow comes up but I can't actually type my message! Remedy?

Be sure you are clicking on the "Send message" text line to be able to enter your message. If you click in the right place you should see a checkbox appear to send the message to your email address. At that point you can either start typing, or if you check the box, click again in the field so the cursor appears and you can type your message, then click on the paper airplane icon to send.
