message's do not come in as they are supposed to. this is the 3rd or 4th time I've requested a repair. they all way's give you the run around trying to find help on their site. anyone have/had messaging problem(s). I'm disgusted. can someone help?

If you bought the Square Trade warranty, contact them using the phone number they left in your feedback.
