I can't diagnose the problem at a distance, but generally when something like this happens, the first thing to try is to shut down your computer cold dead, then start up again. That cures most of the problems. By the way, "colored page" is now considered unacceptable; the term is now "page of color". 😀

Mentor4 months agoWorth every cent you paid for it. Do you mean that you tried cycling the power off then back on and it didn't eliminate the problem? Did you assume it wouldn't work, and didn't even try? Never mind the colored thing, it was just an attempt at a little irreverent humor.
