Some users seem to be seeing a red slash-in-a-circle icon when selecting messages using a desktop browser. Messages may or may not load when selected.
If messages do not load at all, try clearing cache and cookies only on eBay by clicking on the lock icon to the left of the address bar in your browser. You will need to sign back in to eBay at that point, but messages should load again.
If that is not the issue, try another browser or the eBay app to reply to that message.
If you have messages from members sent to your email, try replying directly to the email (not using the blue reply button inside the message body).
