messages failing to send to a seller ive previously purchased from
I was trying to contact a seller regarding warranty on an item previously purchased, but my message will not send. I keep getting a message from system "Send message failed. Please try again later". Is this due to a technical glitch?

Try contacting the seller through the seller's feedback or profile page. If prompted for an item number, choose "not about an item" rather than using an item number that has expired.
