I'm trying to message a seller, but when I hit "send" I either get a red exclamation mark at the end of my message (and it doesn't send), or a return message TO ME saying the message couldn't be sent.
HELP!!

Is the seller still registered?
Try going to the seller's feedback or profile page and composing a new message there using the Contact link.
Try another browser, another browser mode (mobile, classic or desktop) or another device. Or try sending a message using the eBay app.
