Why the he'll would ebay take messages off the menu with this last update? The only time I can view messages now is when someone sends a new one, which doesn't work, and is causing me to lose potential sales because I can't find a way to look at older messages, and send answers to questions asked in the past. When someone asks a question, I always answer them right away to tell them I'll find out the answer, and get back to them, and now, since I sent that reply telling them I'll get back to them, I can't because there's now no way to look at old messages. If anyone has any answers, please help. Why would they even do this? Messages used to be right above purchases on the menu, now it's gone.

Understand that the user interface can vary widely among users due to differences in type of device used, app vs. browser, type of browser used, etc.

â€œMessages,â€ for me (in Sellerâ€™s Hub) is under â€œMy eBayâ€ and near the bottom of the list.

After answering, my received messages (conversations now, really) remain until I delete them, so I am able to see/reply to them later if I need to.

One change I did noteâ€¦ it is unfortunate that messages, once deleted, can no longer be accessed in an archived or deleted items folder. They are gone forever.
