    Message to seller not delivered
                     

    Hi, why is it that some messages to seller are not delivered? Other sellers that I've sent messages to were received by them and we could start a conversation.

    How do you know the messages were not delivered?


    If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE.  The area will enlarge as you type.  When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
