Ordered a Collection-Beatles Unsurpassed Masters on CD Volumes 1-7. Original pressings were manufactured in EEC mid 1990s. Out of Print due to Record Company Clamp Down-EMI UK I think. Also under RIAA import of Copyrighted Material is Illegal due to Musical Rights Issues-Record Publishing. IN the past various IMPORT Labels (Bootlegs) have been Pressed regardless of Musical Licences Rights Holder. Some off shore Plants that Press CDRs (back in the late 80s-90s before Streaming became the Industry Norm) Most Bootlegs Producing companies Pressed Only small amounts to circumvent Copyright Claims-Such suits have to Collect some fees in relation to Publishing.
Well I obtained above series BUT each CD was CDR Not silver Pressed Yellow Dog. Item not as described SO I filed a Return Item not as Described Claim-Glad to know Ebay refunded money Included 3 Pictures of said CDR including Front Back and Pressed CDR CD as Proof. Order with No concerns regarding Refunds.
