OP7 months agoWhen I try to use it comes up in blue
and lines. I can not do anything.
I can't contact ebay, they say we will
call you in 2 minutes but they never call.

OP7 months agoI can not contact eBay at all. I got some fraud
coins and contacted Ebey. Then they shut me
down so I can't contact them now.
Could you have them look at my message system
I can not sell anything, no one can contact me

You have a $ 3,990 book for sale but there are no sales on the account in the last 90 days. The eBay Messaging system is not for contacting eBay, only member to member contact can be done there.
If you think it is a tech issue and trying other browsers as @eburtonlab suggested hasn't worked then reaching out to eBay via Social Media might be the best approach.

Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

OP7 months agoI am legally blind so I can not do all the thing
you want me to do. I have a message about the
book but can not answer it because message system
does not work. I have tried to contact eBay for months
with no help. I can't sell if I can't answer questions
on the items I am selling. I can not understand
why NO One will help me

This legally blind member needs help with being in contact with eBay ... at this point I am out of my element with the situation.
