Message seller to get a refund. I purchased as a guest and some how ebay doesn't have a clue
I purchased as a guest tracking number didn't work it kept saying no information. Got the item doesn't work. Item was stated in post as new.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account; for help with a guest purchase you must first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
