Mentor1 year ago@gidgiesgreatgrabs USPS is still not shipping to Canada. I am sure it's because of the backlog of packages. The only way to ship there right now is with the eBay International Shipping Program.
UPS and Fed Ex are not an option as the buyer will be charged brokerage fees.
I would tell the buyer I am sorry but you can't ship to Canada at this time and cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Then if you wish tell the buyer that you will put the item aside and save it for them to purchase after shipping to Canada resumes.

Mentor1 year agoThe postal workers in Canada were on strike, but I believe the strike is over. Try and see what the cost difference is for using Fed Ex or UPS.
