I'm trying to buy a new flute and make. offers to compare and contrast i don't know why my message limit is super low idk why it weird also it's not letting me contact one specific seller idk it's weird

Although your account is not new, it has no feedback and you have recently changed your username.
eBay tends to limit messages that can be sent from relative new or infrequently used accounts to prevent spammers from pestering other users; unfortunately this also limits users asking legitimate questions. You may have to prioritize which questions you ask if you are running into a daily limit.

eBay does not publicize the limit values as far as I can tell; most likely you can send a certain number of messages per day before running into the limit.
