Message in red is preventing me from paying
When I go to pay a message in red that says unfortunately this seller won’t ship to my location is preventing me from paying but he told me he spine to eBay shipping and since he ships all over the world the problem is with me/on my end - what am I doing wrong - how can I get rid of this message so I can pay for the item
