Message from ebay saying to continue w my store subscription I need to meet the minimum requirements
Summary: vspinkshop received a notification from eBay regarding their store subscription being downgraded unless certain minimum requirements are met within 60 days. However, the specific requirements were not provided, leading to confusion. They have a Top-rated Seller status but are concerned about a recent downgrade in their evaluation to Above Standard due to canceled orders. They are seeking insights into the requirements for maintaining their current store level and are uncertain if inventory or sales volume is impacting their status.
Hi. I received a message from ebay almost 30 days ago that says:
To continue with your store subscription, we need you to meet the minimum requirements within the next 60 days. If you don't meet these requirements, your ebay store subscription will be lowered to the starter level. If your store level is lowered, your fees will change and all of your good til cancelled listings will renew at the pricing for that level. Also, your bundled subscription discounts, such as selling manager pro, may be affected.
The following store subscription requirements are not being met:
We'll re-evaluate your ebay store subscription at the end of 60 days.
So......They didn't tell me the minimum requirements that are not being met for my store subscription. It was left blank. I have gone back several times to find minimum requirements for a basic store. I do not see any. I am a currently a Top-rated Seller. However, it does say if I was rated today, I would only be a Above Standard Seller. I think it's because I had to cancel 2 orders that were sold on a cross post and I forgot to remove. Also, I currently have 400 listings. Am I supposed to have more? Do I need to have a certain number of sales a month to have a basic store? I cannot find why they are telling me I do not meet the minimum requirements to have a basic store subscription. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much

Mentor2 weeks agoYou ask all good questions. On the surface I can't see anything that should be causing this issue. We did just have an evaluation on Sept. 20th. Ebay eval's all sellers on the 20th of each month for the period ending the previous month. You should check your Seller Dashboard and look to see if you have ran into any problems. The findings of the eval on the 20th become effective on the 1st of the following month. So if the last eval said you will be Above Standard, then that will be effective on Thursday Oct 1st.
If your last eval showed you to be Below Standard, that may cause the downgrade of a store because we are required to be a seller of good standing. So if you have too many dings on your Seller Dashboard or in your Service Metrics, it can cause this.
