Message from eBay about a dispute
I've received two messages from eBay about buyers disputing financial institutions payment to me for items buyers bought and paid for since the buyer doesn't recognize the charges ~ is this spam?

Mentor2 years agoAre the messages in your ebay Message box? Reply to the email with the item number and tracking to show the item was DELIVERED.

OP2 years agoThe item was delivered, the buyer left feedback, then a month later I get a message from eBay saying the buyer filed a dispute since they did not recognize the sale with their financial institution. I contacted the buyer and she knows nothing about the 'dispute'. No money was taken from me or the buyer, we just can't figure this matter out. Try to talk to a real person at eBay is impossible.
