Message ebay to step in
I ordered an item and they send the wrong item. I contact seller for refund. Seller wants me to pay for shipping and ignore my question on this. Asked ebay to help. They answer that I must wait a week and then contact ebay if not resolved. I cannot respond to their massage or find any way to contact ebay to continue stepping in. Frustrating. Order number:11-10356-57442
