I have an older message that is no longer displaying on my message center. It is over a year old. It has a message from the seller with a code that I need for a product I purchased. How can I retrieve this older message so I can find the code that the seller sent to me well over a year ago? The seller is no longer available to ask questions to. thanks!

If you have messages from members forwarded to your email address, check your email archives.
You can request a report from eBay with some of your message information by date range, though I do not know if it includes the full text of messages received, it might be worth trying.
Reports typically take a week to generate, and then the link must be used within another week before the link expires.
