There is ZERO way for eBay to force a seller to comply with their warranty offer. Unless they provide some type of offsite communication option in your package they will NOT be able to refund you after 90 days even if they want to.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee is only 30 days from the date of delivery, while they offer a 60 day return option eBay can not force a refund past 30 days.

Do not expect an item sooner than the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing. As soon as it is ONE day past the LAST estimated date I recommend filing a not received refund request.
