OP8 months agoI was on the phone with customer service for about an hour last week and was talking at a person and he was able to see why and he was the first person to tell me why i was suspended. i did not have to use a different login. He was able to lift the suspension and i was able to complete that info that was not completed. I have blocked the person and also reported it as scam to eBay. thank you for your help!!!

OP8 months agoit came on my eBay message inbox and also on my Gmail. Tts from a guard_3088 and the only thing it said anything about eBay is at the end where it says from eBay security team. I just wanted to make sure i did not miss something. I was suspended and then kicked out all because i used Google to fill in my info and i did not noticed that my address was not completed and after about 8 months of trying to figure why i was suspended i was able to get back on. So that is why i want to make sure i'm not missing or doing something. Thank you for your help on this. Have a great day!!!

Mentor8 months ago@br_920530 It is a SCAM. eBay will never send you a message that has a user ID. Be sure to block the ID. https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock?
That said if you were suspended before and opened a new account don't be surprised if you are suspended again. That can happen because accounts are linked by names and ISP.
Don't let someone else use your ISP or the can be suspended too as eBay doesn't know whose fingers are typing.

Is it in your eBay message folder that says FROM eBay? https://www.ebay.com/cnt/ViewMessage?_caprdt=1&group_type=CORE
If is in your from Members folder it's a scam.
Select report by clicking on the 3 dots on the upper right of the message.
ADD the user ID to your blocked buyer list> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
( even if you don't sell, if will keep them from messaging you again)
