merging a guest purchase into my account
I bought something as a guest, using the same email associated with my account. The seller sent the wrong item and offered me a partial refund. I don't want the partial refund but have no way of contacting the seller without an account. Can't set up a new account with my same email address, and can't connect my purchase to my existing account. I am in a loop of "errors' when I link on anything from ebay about this order.

Guest purchases cannot be "merged" with an account.
For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
