mercury cougar rear window panel not received because e-bay gave ups the wrong delivery address
my delivery address is and has been the same for 13 years with e-bay . on the shipping item the address was not the one I have with e-bay so, the shipper stated the item was not able to deliver it to the address on the package and return it to the seller, now the sell will not resend the unless I pay for the shipping the second time $50.00 paid for the first shipping and now $50.00 for reshipping.

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase history, click the Order Details, and see what address you specified when you paid the seller. Buyers are required to keep their SHIP TO address up to date. Buyers can click the CHANGE link if they see the wrong ship to address, and make any changes before paying.
If the correct address is displayed in the Order Details, contact the carrier and have them check their GPS to see where the delivery was attempted.
