Iâ€™m contacting you regarding the item I purchased, which Iâ€™ve discovered is not authentic. I have already reported this issue to eBay, and they advised me to contact seller directly.

This is a mentor board where we offer advise to users having problems. We are not part of eBay customer service and are not eBay employees. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to open a case for an "Item not as described". Once you do this the seller must either accept the return, provide a prepaid shipping label and then fully refund you or just refund you without requiring the return of the item. Without opening the case eBay cannot help you. Once 30 days have passed you have to go to your payment source to see about a charge back.
