On the top left of almost every eBay Transaction page* there is a button/link for Help + Contact that explains every aspect of eBay selling. This group used to be called Community Experts, but one day I woke up and somebody had changed it. I'm indifferent as to what they call me – between those two alternatives – and I'm glad that there seems not to be overly much misunderstanding.
