Member rwhi7183 need help regarding getting a refund

From member rwhi7183 I cancelled a claim filed with PayPal to be refunded back the amount of $18.73 an ebay seller owe me for not honoring the order I placed on July 5, 2023 I had to cancel my dispute through PayPal for it seems like PayPal was just ignoring my complaint and my claim just pushing off further to a later date that everything should be resolved on August 10 instead of August 3 as promised. For I filed an against an ebay seller since July 13, 2023 for my $18.73 amount be refunded.

Now I had to cancel my claim through PayPal today due to being ignored and it looks like was never going to be refunded. Now trying to filed through eBay. And I thought ebay had a phone number to call or I receive a callback option I don't see option no longer listed on eBay. I thank you

You have to go in order. You should have gone to your purchase history and opened a claim of item not received. Your seller would have had 3 days to prove delivery. If not, you would have been refunded. PayPal is your secondary if for some reason you weren't refunded by eBay.

Since you went to PayPal first, you cannot claim through eBay. This would be considered double dipping and you can't get your money back from both venues. Since you closed your PayPal claim, there is really nothing else you can do. Maybe try calling PayPal.

@rwhi7183 Since you turned to Paypal for assistance, Ebay will no longer help you even if you cancelled the Paypal claim.
