Member is harassing me and having my sales posts deleted because we sell similar things
I make 3d resin printed pieces and figures. This other person in Denmark uses the same character model sheets from the 80's to use Ai to make our files. Same image, same character-- but I make my own, and I make mine better. I also run mine through grok to make them more realistic whereas he has his based on the cartoon aesthetic. We create similar things, but different. Completely different. Not his files, not his work, not his character-- but he filed a complaint for intellectual property and ebay ended my listing. I made completely new files, and made them even better now--and ebay again deleted them for the same IP issues from that user. I've done an appeal both time but ebay continues declining. They're NOT his files, he doesn't own the character likeness, he's just competition. I've tried calling India--sorry, ebay, and their general customer service people there don't seem capable or managing this issue (hell, one guy hung up on me saying it was way past their area) and the other lady just keeps trying to tell me to contact him and get him to understand they're not his files. But we've talked and he is just doing this now to effect my sales. I need to get in contact with someone LIVING who can help resolve this. Any help would be truly appreciated.
