Hi! I was wondering, how are some people selling packages that include name brand or generic OTC medications such as Miralax ect. in their packages ? do you need a certain license to sell OTC medications on here? Do you need a license to sell products on ebay?

You do not need a license to sell on eBay. Most OTC items can be sold without special pre approval by eBay - there are just a few exceptions defined here -
