Medication expiration dates

Question

I ordered an over the counter med that I could not find locally. The bottles I received have expiration dates that have passed. I just received 3 bottles dated 12/23. The last order I received, the seller removed the bottles from their boxes and scrubbed the expiration dates from the bottles. But they could still be dimly seen. Same thing. Months old.

That's inexcusable.

You have up to 30 days to open a return using the option for an item that is not as described next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
