Medical Devices Policy – Requesting account-level review for inconsistent enforcement

Has anyone experienced repeated removals under eBay’s Medical Devices and Equipment Policy while identical or comparable ultrasound probes and systems remain active from other U.S. and international sellers?
My store has had a large number of listings hidden and has now received a final warning. Several notices also state that the listings were brought to eBay’s attention through user reports.
What is especially confusing is that eBay itself maintains a dedicated “Medical Sensors & Ultrasound Probes” category, including specific subcategories for Linear and Convex Array Ultrasound Probes. I understand that the existence of the category does not override restrictions on prescription devices, but it clearly indicates that ultrasound probes are not categorically prohibited.
I am not asking for an exception. I am trying to obtain a manual account-level review and consistent guidance instead of appealing listings one by one. Has anyone successfully escalated a similar case to a supervisor or Policy Specialist?
