MEDICAL DEVICES POLICY
Does anyone know why my CPAP parts can't be sold on eBay? I don't require a prescription to receive them and they are new in original packaging.

Mentor2 years agoNot all disallowed medical devices necessarily require a prescription and eBay doesn't always disclose the reason the item is banned. But CPAP machines (which do require a prescription) along with their parts and accessories cannot be sold on eBay.
