Media shipping option

Question

I'm shipping a magazine, the buyer requested media mail which is what I always have mailed books and magazines with but it's grayed out and not an option when I go to print the label. The buyer paid $4.16 and the least expensive option I have is $7.60, it just doesn't make any sense and will cost me $3+ on a $20 sale before the fees. What am I missinging?

Magazines do not qualify for Media Mail. You will have to pay the difference for your error.

Magazines are not eligible for media mail, so eBay will not allow you to create a media mail label.
