Listed the price for media shipping buyer chose media shipping and now it doesn’t come up for me as an option.

The phonics doesn't qualify since it is video games, not music.
Music CD qualify, games do not.
If you ever have something you thing really does qualify, then you can print media mail on a 3rd party software like Pirate Ship.
But be aware, USPS opens packages and inspects the contents of media mail to verify.
If it doesn't qualify, you will lose the initial postage and possibly your item, too.

You listed them in video games so they don't qualify for media mail

If your item is sold and you are trying to print a Media Mail shipping label, eBay will no longer allow a Media Mail label to be printed, unless it was listed in a "Media" category.
Some items that qualify for Media Mail
- Books
- Music CDs, cassettes, albums
- VHS/DVD movies
Some items that don't qualify
Comics
Magazines
Newspapers
Yearbooks
Catalogs
Software
Video games
Blank media

If it was the software, that doesn't qualify for Media Mail. It's tricky sometimes to sort it out.
