Media Mail restrictions
Why is there a restriction on Media Mail? I have an item that will cost a minimum of $30 and I can not list it because the Media Mail is only allowed to be $25. I checked with the Post Office and they have no such restriction. What's going on?

The 1914 listing of 15 books shows $ 25 for Economy shipping (I'm in the same state) ... is that the one or is it a different listing? As @comics-scifi-collectibles mentioned, use the Calculated setting opposed to Flat rate to see if that frees you up to list MM ...

Mentor2 years ago@sledzcompany Use calculated shipping on the listing instead of Flat Rate for the media mail then you shouldn't have this issue.
The other option is to add at least part of the shipping cost to the item price since media mail cost the same for delivery to all US locations as it's based on weight alone, not package size or distance to the buyer.
Packages can weigh up to 70 lbs. and measure up to 108 inches in combined length and distance around the thickest part.
eBay has limits and restrictions on Media Mail prices and categories to help prevent sellers from abusing the service.
