Media Mail parcel returned
I mailed a book by media mail to a buyer. It was returned Attempted not Known, Unable to Forward. I had to pay an Additional $5.97 to get it back from the USPS. Now the buyer wants me to resend it to a different address for free. She only spent $10 on the book. If I send it for free, then I'm out $11.94, so in a sense, with eBay fees, I'm paying her to take my book! How do you guys proceed? Please advise. Thanks!

Mentor8 months agoCancel the transaction, refund the buyer for cost of item only, not the shipping.
Buyer can repurchase the relisted item using the correct shipping address.
