Media Mail not working for latest listing

Question

I am selling CDs, and almost always ship with Media Mail - in my most recent listing, It is not allowing me to utilize media mail.

I have verified that I have the listing in Music/CDs, and Media Mail is an option. It works fine in my previous listings. I have reached out to EBay and they initially said it had to to with size and shape, but that is incorrect as it does not seem to matter what weight and size it is (within reason) and again, those very same weights and sizes continue to work on my other listings.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue.

@frontroguy. I hate to say not to expect the problem to be fixed unless it's wide spread.

Have you tried another browser? Turn off any pop up blockers and script blockers.

As a workaround you could just select Economy Shipping and enter a flat rate as Media Mail is the same price no matter the US destination.

You should still be able to select Media Mail when you buy the label. This has worked for me in the past.

If you can't buy the label from ebay then you can buy one from the post office for the same price. Media Mail shipping isn't discounted for ebay shipping.

Update: I have not been contacted by EBay in response to my escalation request. However The option has been restored to the listing in question and is working as it should. Thank you to all who responded!
