Media Mail
Twice now I have had buyers change the method of shipment from USPS Ground Advantage to USPS Media Mail. In both cases, the items they purchased didn't qualify for media mail. Is there a way for the seller to mark an item as not eligible for media mail?

A seller can select all of the shipping methods they wish to offer. When listing your item, do not add Media mail as an option to an item that does not qualify. You can revise an item to remove media mail.
I scanned your 33 listings, and all of them offer only a single shipping option, so the buyer has no choice. You'll need to correct your listings as necessary.
