Media mail
Ok so I'm posting magazines and some posting are not offering Media mail. I'm pretty sure I've put them in the books and magazine category. What am I doing wrong? And since when is it that agents are only available 9-5? I always thought they was 24/7 ???

Mentor3 years agoMagazines are NOT qualified to be shipped Media Mail. USPS does NOT want them mailed via Media Mail. You need to ship them via First Class. It is of course more expensive but you can get into trouble shipping the Media Mail when the federal agency says NO.
