MD sales tax on Bullion ASE refunds
Maryland law, especially since HB 1169 (July 2023), exempts precious metals, so if you paid tax on qualifying items, you have grounds for a refund. How do I get this refund from Ebay

Mentor8 months agoI believe you would have to get the refund from your state. The seller has to list the item in the correct category for the item to be tax exempt in your state.
