MC999 Suspension while in the process of creating account for new business.

Help!! My account was suspended before I even completed the setup process. Now all I get from "customerhelp@ebay" is repeated messages telling me nothing. I have research and found a couple threads in eBay Community discussing this topic. It appears that at least one person was able to resolve this after providing additional information.

How do I talk with someone at eBay that can actually look at my activity and allow me to complete the submission of my information and documents to verify who I am and that I am operating legitimate business?

An MC999 suspension on eBay is a serious, often permanent, account ban for severe policy violations like selling fakes, multiple accounts, or major security issues, restricting both buying/selling and making reinstatement difficult, requiring direct contact with eBay support with detailed info to appeal. Common causes include selling counterfeit/restricted goods, linked bad accounts, suspicious activity, or multiple buyer complaints, but sometimes happens unexpectedly for new accounts.

So I got a random "unexpected" permanent suspension because I was in the process of creating a new account. Yet no one in customer service is willing to listen to reason, let along attempt to do anything other than regurgitate the same repeated messages;

I found more useful information on Google search than I am getting from customerhelp@ebay. I literally just got the same copy and paste message at 9:23 PM that I received from the same person at 8:48 PM

You all aren't even reading my messages. If you are reading my messages, then include the word rosebud in your next response.
