eBay is a shady website, as they are faceless and have provided me no support on this issue.
I have provided proof of delivery for all the items.
One item, a buyer even scammed me and claimed they did not get it although tracking shows delivered... agent said I cannot appeal until restriction is removed.
I have replied to this email every day for two weeks. I have not received any response from eBay.
Every day I speak with eBay trust and safety department, and they do not give me consistent answers...
I cant believe how shady this site operates that they will not respond now that I have provided - Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking. Track items you've sold.
