MC011 Restriction
I am a new seller on eBay, I’ve been a seller for under a month. I’ve worked extremely hard and managed to sell 148 items. A small success that has been completely ruined because ebay originally held my payouts for 5 days then they decided to put an mc011 restriction till every items been delivered. I never broke one single rule. This is a horrible messed up corporation.

I'm surprised they let you list 140 items since you've been selling less then a month.
