MC011 restriction
Hello everyone,
My eBay account is currently restricted with an MC011 notice. eBay has requested my ID, bank statement, and invoices to verify my account.
Most of my products were purchased from Alibaba, so I downloaded the invoices directly from Alibaba and submitted them to eBay support.
I would like to ask: what are the chances of approval in this situation? Has anyone had a similar experience, and were Alibaba invoices accepted?
Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
