MC011 Account Restriction

Thanks for all your great feedback and advice within this community.

I received a MC011 account restriction.

I would like to know how to handle a compliance hold to my account where all my funds are on hold, but at the same time I am still getting sales to my account. It's been held for suspicious of violating terms and policy, they are saying that I need to upload documentation showing that I purchased the item(s) recently listed. Any advise on how to handle this if I misplaced or not able to produce all these receipts? Is there another way to resolve this issue?
