My cousin and I are roommates. I have always been the buy, sell, and trade type. The classifieds, flea markets, swap meets but not online. My cousin suggested I try eBay, I told her I did not have an account. She said she had one and I could use it to see how things worked out, check it out type of thing. Well, a local store in town called deal. Dens was buying selling and trading pallets where I was getting really good deals so cells started to grow. But there is a potential to make income, real income we figured it was time for my own account. Rather than lol the tragic I had gained she started changing the account over to me. At least that was the thought! I assume something looked odd as the name was changed the sales were unexpectedly good. Then we were surprised by a email about mc001 suspended until information was provided. We compiled with the request to the best of our ability however the shop I was buying from closed and I’m unable to get the receipts for some items sold. I tried and tried til there was nothing else that could be done, I requested they close the account, so we could collect funds owed. That was almost 2 months ago. Since then I have called and spoke with eBay over a dozen times only to get the same answer that I would be contacted 24 to 72 hours and given an explanation of what was going on if not account restored to regular order however, my account is still in this exact same State as it’s been the entire time. I enjoyed working with eBay and have any extra money. However, when you begin accounting and they hold it from you it’s frustrating I understand they have to do what’s right to protect the community and I’m off work however it’s been over two months. How do I get my payment ? Please advise
