won bid on ebay for mayflower tire changer balancer combo tried pay and it said can't send it my state with is Maine . seller is jasonbet_28 tried calling and emailing no response. emailed them for shipping cost and try to pay no response. anyone know about this?

They want you to go to their personal web site and buy the item.
