Maybe a scam
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else has come across this problem?
I sent a bottle of fragrance out, double bubble wrapped, in a poly bubble envelope…
the buyer informed me it is totally broken and showed pictures, but,,,, she wants another bottle after returning this one to me???
I have shipped this product numerous times without issues…. Just once sometime last year, had the same thing happen, they sent it back all broken like a hammer was taken to it… I took the loss and gave him a refund..
I think this is a scam…. Because in picture that she sent it was all wrapped and looked like , someone smashed top of box,
I would really appreciate any feedback you have to offer.
