May days does seller have before they shipped item?
Hello,
I was wondering how many days does seller have before they have to shipped item. I have purchased item on August 6th and right away. I have reach out to seller and no respond and today is the 9th and still nothing. I can request canceled or what can I do? any suggestion would be helpful. Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoSeller needs to ship by the date in the listing. Otherwise, you must wait till after the estimated delivery date has passed to request a refund if the item has not arrived or seller doesn't cancel and refund before that.

Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing. You can not cancel the order, you can request a refund if the item is late arriving.
If your item is late arriving here's how to get your money back.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
