Maxoakener won’t respond
Anyone buy from Maxoak? (Their eBay acct is Maxoakener). They are manufacturers of Bluetti power banks.
I was working with the manufacturer direct who said their stock was out at Amazon stock was so they sold me a unit via eBay.
I have a problem with the unit. The eBay seller Maxoakener will not respond. The manufacturer is acting as if I have to go through eBay. I need to get the seller to respond
I don’t know how to get eBay to advise info on the eBay Seller Account.
I don’t know any other way to communicate with eBay other than their digital format that does not have the option to contact anyone.
