Mattress protector charging "Mattress recycling fee".
The California Mattress recycling fee is supposed to be for "Mattress, box spring, foundation, and base".
As such, a mattress PROTECTOR is none of those, and is basically a sheet, and should NOT have that fee.
Is this a bug? TIA
