Mastercard Gift Card Payment
I recently received a Mastercard gift card (that was purchased from Walmart). I tried to purchase something earlier this week but it got declined and I was told to “select different payment option or check balance.†I called the issuer and the balance was more than enough and the card was activated. What is the issue then? Does eBay not accept prepaid cards?
Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoI have seen many complaints from users having problems using such cards on eBay staring in July 2023. As far as I know eBay has not said if the problem is technical or the result of a policy change.
